How do I reset or get a new password?
On the Sign in page you'll see a link for Forgot Your Password?. Click that link, enter your e-mail address, and hit Submit. We'll have your new password out to you in just a few minutes.
What is your verification process?
All of our data gets verified using our proprietary CleneStepTM technology. Our automated technologies verify each element of a contact record, and includes phone verification to ensure maximum accuracy. You can read more here.
Do I need a subscription if I want to purchase a one-time list?
No, you do not. You can purchase as many or as few contacts as a one-time purchase. You can speak with one of our Enterprise Account Managers to discuss all your options.
How do I remove myself from the NetProspex database?
You can email the NetProspex Data Team from the email address associated to your listing that you would like to remove. Please allow up to one week for the request to be fully processed.
