Can I manually import Leads from NetProspex to Salesforce?

What edition of Salesforce do I need in order to run the NetProspex Salesforce App?
You need to be running either the Enterprise or Unlimited Edition of Saleforce in order to install and use the NetProspex Salesforce App.
